This project proposes a single-storey precast residential house located in Tbilisi, Georgia, designed as an efficient, high-quality construction solution for developers and private clients. The layout is based on a rational structural grid and optimized spans, reducing material use and construction complexity. The precast construction system enables controlled factory production, ensuring consistent quality, precise tolerances, and reduced on-site labor. Compared to conventional construction, this approach allows significantly faster assembly, predictable costs, and minimized construction waste. The design integrates prefabricated structural and enclosure elements while maintaining flexibility in interior layout and finishes, offering a durable, cost-effective, and time-efficient housing solution.
